If you are just starting pilates and would like to learn on a the most popular pilates equipment (reformer) or to continue your training started elsewhere!
The Reformer machine can best be compared to a rowing bench, on which you can work in a horizontal position, with gravity turned off, using spring resistance to work with the physiological load. The machine allows you to gradually dose and balance specific exercises from zero to maximum, with the shortening (concentric), lengthening (isometric) and stretching (eccentric) of the muscle.
Intensive Reformer (IR) training provides the basic knowledge and skills to deliver effective and exciting individual and small group Reformer sessions.
You will also gain a detailed knowledge of all exercises and their modifications, as well as the use of additional equipment (box, platform extender, etc.) to develop the most effective, INDIVIDUAL training plan.
